By booking a tour with Hannah Kealoha Adventures Tours LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not book our services.
All bookings are subject to availability. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. We accept major credit cards through our secure booking system (FareHarbor).

Participants must follow all instructions given by tour guides. Failure to do so may result in removal from the tour without refund. Participants must be in reasonable physical condition for the tour activities. Please inform us of any medical conditions or mobility concerns before booking.
Participation in our tours involves inherent risks including but not limited to: uneven terrain, wildlife encounters, weather conditions, and physical exertion. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
Participants agree to release, waive, and discharge Hannah Kealoha Adventures Tours LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from all liability for any loss, damage, or injury (including death) arising from participation in our tours. All participants will be required to sign a liability waiver before the tour.
Tours operate rain or shine. We reserve the right to modify tour itineraries due to weather, road conditions, volcanic activity, or other safety concerns. No refunds will be issued for weather-related modifications.
We may take photos or videos during tours for promotional purposes. By participating, you grant us permission to use your likeness. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform your guide.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Hawaii, USA.
