Customer Cancellations

More than 48 hours before tour

Cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled tour time and receive a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically process within 5-7 business days.

24-48 hours before tour

Cancel between 24-48 hours before your scheduled tour time and receive a 50% refund. Alternatively, you may reschedule to another date at no additional charge (subject to availability).

Less than 24 hours / No-shows

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your tour, or failure to show up, are non-refundable. We understand emergencies happen. Please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Company Cancellations

Weather & Safety

If we cancel your tour due to severe weather, volcanic activity, road closures, or other safety concerns, you will receive your choice of:

  • Full refund to your original payment method, or
  • Reschedule to another available date

Note: Light rain does not typically result in cancellation. Hawaii's weather is part of the adventure!

Minimum Participants

Some tours require a minimum number of participants. If minimums are not met, we will notify you at least 24 hours in advance and offer a full refund or reschedule.

Rescheduling

Need to change your tour date? No problem!

  • 48+ hours notice: Reschedule free of charge
  • 24-48 hours notice: Reschedule free of charge (one time)
  • Less than 24 hours: Subject to availability and may incur fees

Cruise Ship Guests

We understand that cruise schedules can change. If your ship's port schedule changes and affects your tour:

  • Contact us immediately with your updated port times
  • We'll work with you to adjust your tour or provide a full refund
  • Ship schedule changes beyond your control are treated as weather cancellations (full refund available)
